I enjoyed attending a Wellbeing at Work event at our head office in London led by Tina Lond-Caulk, which involved talks, cookery demonstrations of simple healthy meals – buddha bowls, healthy energy balls and superfood smoothies which we enjoyed afterwards with our team. Tina masterfully conveyed complex nutritional concepts in an engaging and practical manner, making it easy for all attendees to understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Her insights are balanced and backed with scientific evidence and she provided actionable takeaways. What made it stand out was its applicability – Tina focused on simple, sustainable changes that could easily fit into our busy lives.

We really enjoyed the Positive Ageing and Improving Longevity workshop at our head office in London followed by Tina’s cookery demonstrations in our kitchens. After the food demos we made our own diversity bowls (buddha bowls) with a variety of easy healthy dressings and made bliss balls and enjoyed a team lunch together. Tina Lond-Caulk’s session was really well received, she’s a great presenter, offering easy to implement advice that we all felt were manageable. Out of all the visiting speakers we’ve had I found Tina’s to be the most insightful and impactful workshop. Her talk inspired me to read her book and order a personalised genetic test understand what diet and lifestyle habits are most suited to my DNA. Tina Lond-Caulk flew out to our Annual global conference in Zurich and spent two days with our senior executives, hosting a series of wellness workshops and one to one consultations. The feedback was excellent, our staff found these sessions engaging, enjoyable and inspirational. Tina worked with each staff individually to help them set goals for the next few months to optimise every aspect of their wellbeing and find more balance including improving nutrition, exercise, work-life balance, stress management and more. We really enjoyed The Nutrition Guru workshop. Many of us felt we understood a lot about nutrition until we attended these talks. Tina made the complex science easy to understand, she gave lots of useful tips with simple quick and delicious healthy recipes and I love her approach to not to count calories but count nutrients, looking at the nutrition of a plate is so much more useful and healthful than the outdated calorie counting. This was the first time we hosted a specific live in person Nutrition & Wellbeing event for our head office in London. This was hosted in our amphitheatre and was broadcast to other offices around the globe. I found The Nutrition Guru’s presentations very good indeed. I consider myself health conscious so her talks reminded me that I am doing a lot right but I realised there is still room for improvement. What I found best of all is that Tina is very balanced and provides evidence for everything she discusses and she is not at all dogmatic in her approach. Her presentations were brilliant and we had a lot of fun together, and the sessions were completely unjudgmental when we discussed the team’s current unhealthy habits. We loved Tina’s insights into optimising our health for 2024 with her Revitalise & Energise talk. The team found this so invaluable for the start of the year, when so many of us are waning in the winter. She discussed energy zappers and energy boosters, the importance of a happy gut to optimise neurotransmitter production, simple hacks to improve sleep and so many other interesting biohacking ideas. Her complimentary Ebooks are great resources too, with a wide range of simple delicious recipes. We’ve now started a team initiative whereby we bring in healthy snacks and have a smoothie maker in the office now rather than the usual Thursday cake break. I went to see Tina as a result of extreme fatigue, depression and bulimia. I had been to see many doctors and therapists in the past but decided to go for a more holistic approach in seeing Tina. During the first visit Tina made me feel very much at ease and gave me an incredible amount of hope in my situation. We soon discovered that my adrenal glands were not functioning well hence my extreme fatigue. Tina put me on several different supplements and gave diet and lifestyle advice. Over a course of 3 months I felt miraculously better. Along with the discovering of my low adrenals Tina found that my diet was creating cravings that I had no control over. My sugar levels were somewhat of a rollercoaster! Tina taught me a completely different way to eat to balance my insulin levels without being hungry - ever. I have changed my way of eating but most importantly my relationship with food. Tina has taught me to be healthy in abundance and not deprivation.

Before coming to the see Tina I was feeling low in my moods and had very low energy levels and just didn't feel great in myself. My weight and eating habits played a huge part in this. Since my appointment with Tina I have lost 2 stone, which was always my goal and everyone is commenting on it and it feels amazing and makes it all worth the while and left me wanting to keep up my new lifestyle. Tina advised on specific tests I needed to establish what nutrient deficiencies and food allergies I had, along with my genetic predisposition to burn carbs, fats etc. She then created a bespoke plan that suited my busy, on the go lifestyle and limited cooking skills. I find keeping the weight off very easy now. Having been yoyo dieting for years I now enjoy a much more balanced sustainable diet that I love.

I had been suffering from acne for many years and wanted to understand if my diet was contributing to my poor skin. Tina explained how diet, hormones and stress affect our skin and taught me how to balance my body naturally to stop the acne, but also supported my blood sugar and reversed my type 2 diabetes. I went to see Tina when I was 45 as I had piled on the pounds, was feeling totally lousy in myself, not sleeping, felt unmotivated and I'd developed anxiety and depression. Tina suggested I maybe going through peri-menopause and recommended a full hormonal assessment. My hormones were all over the place and I was lacking testosterone and progesterone which were the cause of my problems. My stress hormones were way too high from lack of sleep and not taking care of myself. She referred me to a hormone specialist for bio identical hormones and worked with me to help me lose the weight, sleep through the night and get my mojo back. I'm so grateful to her for help, my waistline has shrunk so I can wear my clothes again and I'm feeling so much better in myself.

I saw Tina talk at my school and I realised I needed professional help to help me through my disordered eating. I asked my mum to organise a consultation. I saw Tina regularly for a few months. She worked with me to develop a healthy relationship with my body and with my food. I am now much happier in myself and can enjoy foods without fear and counting calories.
